On the road again

Well John and I (now with Sam) are moving again- this time to Morocco. We'll be leaving Philadelphia Friday for Boston and after just a few days there we'll be on a plane to Rabat (the capital) where we'll be living and studying French for the next year (or maybe a bit less) in preparation for our work in the Republic of Congo the following three years.

Hopefully this move will be pretty smooth- my parents who live in Rabat too, have put a lot of work into finding and outfitting an apartment for us that is just a walk away from their house and we're so glad not to have to do that work ourselves when we first arrive.

Here are a few pics from this week:

Reading "Sam Loves Kisses" which my sister and Matt got us. Our friend Kathryn got us another in the same series "Sweet Dreams, Sam" without any coordination. Pretty cool!

I thought this looked pretty cute

sam chilling in the boppy is the best photo I have seen since that 'chelsea shirt incident'. It keeps making me laugh and go all goo-ey.

It looks like john must have dressed him though. socks on the hands and nappy on the head.

I love it!

Safe travels to Morocco and viva chelsea.

Congratulations! What a great baby! John, I can't believe you're a dad :) Trudy said she had seen you up in Philly and sent me the link to your blog. I'm jealous.
Have a safe trip!
