We had a great weekend with our friend Dave- visiting on his way home from Aceh where we met him. It's great to see someone in multiple places (this is our third country together :-) ) It was especially sweet for he and Sam to meet, since Dave was with us for the first couple trimesters of my pregnancy. John and he ripped up Winning 11 all weekend.
Also, our friend Karima from our DTS in 2001 and her husband Stephan and son Dario are in town from Switzerland visiting her relatives. We hadn't seen her in 6 years! Sam loved playing with Dario- the big kid.

We had a great big couscous at my parents with a small crowd- this is my favorite couscous with beef and raisins and onions.
